We are a consultancy based in Bombay. that commenced work in 1982 ! But we believe that our past should not be considered. We help develop thought processes that enable individuals and companies in India to devise strategies for their future, so as to manage within "uncertainty". Past references in a non linear era have little credibility because the future is unlikely to emulate past patterns.

We believe that this is a Non Linear era. (Read: 'Why NLT ?' ) and NEW ideas must be created & accepted from NEW sources. We need to restrain the reflex instinct to always seeks "past-based references" as 'a measure of credibility'.     So what should you expect a consultant to do for you in an era where past successes and experience cannot provide the NEW direction and solution? Where there is extreme competition. Complexity and uncertainty consultants SHOULD NOT be hired just to help you identify your problem!! The objective of NLT is in any case to empower the corporate or individual to find solutions with MINIMAL REPETITIVE NEED FOR EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS. The fee varies depending on the “client grouping” of THE THREE. The minimum for small business groups can be Rs 25,000 for each client for the 4-6 hour session.
  • ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTANCY: You would require to submit details as required in a) and b) above. You would receive an offer for a minimum 4 hour session based on details submitted, depending on the size of market being addressed. ( Turnover and market size determine the extent of INPUTS required.)

    TIME REQUIRED -
    The offer would be sent within 15 days of receiving your details BUT the session schedule would usually require at least 3 to 4 weeks for “Participative sessions within a Non Competitive group. For ONE ON ONE sessions 2 weeks would be the minimum time required to schedule the first meeting.
