inputs applicable for all. The objective of
NLT is in any case to empower the corporate
or individual to find solutions with MINIMAL
REPETITIVE NEED FOR EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS. The
fee varies depending on the “client grouping”
of THE THREE. The minimum for small business
groups can be Rs 25,000 for each client for
the 4-6 hour session.
- ONE-ON-ONE
CONSULTANCY:
You would require to submit details as required
in a) and b) above. You would receive an offer
for a minimum 4 hour session based on details
submitted, depending on the size of market being
addressed. ( Turnover and market size determine
the extent of INPUTS required.)
TIME REQUIRED - The offer would be sent
within 15 days of receiving your details BUT
the session schedule would usually require at
least 3 to 4 weeks for “Participative sessions
within a Non Competitive group. For ONE ON ONE
sessions 2 weeks would be the minimum time required
to schedule the first meeting.

all problems are also presented to a select panel
